Job Title: Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at West Way Rochdale, part of Brayleys Cars Limited.

About the Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional sales experience to all customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving individual volume and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the West Way Sales experience is delivered to all customers
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers by exceeding their expectations and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Actively prospect and follow up all sales opportunities using CA-A and telephone prospecting systems
  • Sell an agreed volume of new cars per period of time
  • Achieve the individual volume/profit objectives set by the Sales Manager
  • Pursue and achieve incremental sales and profit opportunities through the sale of finance, warranty, insurance, service plans, options, and accessory sales
  • Conduct accurate and fair appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
  • Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions to maximise sales (as required)
  • Ensure the showroom meets company standards
Requirements:

  • Flexible with the ability to work weekends
  • Experience of selling and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Full UK Driving License
