As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional sales experience to all customers, developing and maintaining strong relationships, and achieving individual volume and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the West Way Sales experience is delivered to all customers
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers by exceeding their expectations
  • Actively prospect and follow up all sales opportunities
  • Sell an agreed volume of new cars per period
  • Achieve individual volume and profit objectives
  • Pursue and achieve incremental sales and profit opportunities
  • Conduct accurate and fair appraisals of all vehicles presented for part exchange
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge
  • Participate in planning sales campaigns and promotions

Requirements:

  • Target driven
  • Outgoing personality
  • Interesting and engaging to customers and colleagues
  • Flexible with the ability to work weekends
  • Experience of selling and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Full UK Driving License
