Looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an Entry-Level Finance Assistant to join our team at DHL Supply Chain.

">Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the finance team with various tasks, including payroll reports, journal entries, and month-end reconciliations.

This is an 18-month apprenticeship program that will enable you to achieve Assistant Accountant Level 3 (AAT) qualifications and gain valuable work experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the production of payroll reports in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Monthly reporting, preparation, and posting of Journals and Month End Reconciliations.
  • Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.
Requirements:
  • Good IT skills – Excel (desirable).
  • GCSE Grade A* - C (9 – 4) or Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths.
  • Able to travel to site and hold a full UK driving license at time of start date.
