About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Recovery Theatre Practitioner to join our team at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children (BRHC). As a Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our young patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert care to children undergoing surgery and recovery
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in education and training programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner with current NMC/HCPC registration
  • Proven experience in a paediatric theatre setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
