We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at SER (Staffing) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of national accounts, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of national accounts valued at £2-5 million, nurturing and developing long-term relationships to maximize growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple sectors, including ecommerce and 3PL, working towards reasonable new business targets.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with national customers, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
- Work with clients from various sectors, understanding their unique needs, and positioning our company's solutions effectively.
- Contribute to the ongoing growth of both existing and new accounts, identifying ways to expand market share and improve revenue streams.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and effective account management.
- Proven experience as a National Account Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of managing medium/large accounts and winning new business.
- Able to work nationally and adapt to diverse client needs across sectors.
- Passionate about building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ideally, you will have a background in packaging/distribution, but sales professionals with strong account management experience will be considered.
