Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning and Development Advisor to join our HR team. As a Learning and Development Advisor, you will play a key role in building the skills and knowledge of all teams across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Director and the rest of the HR Team in building the skills knowledge of all teams across the firm.
  • Design and deliver internal training courses, with particular focus on IT systems.
  • Oversee and deliver the induction process for new joiners.
  • Coordinate all mandatory compliance training, maintaining an annual plan for delivery.
  • Manage and maintain L&D systems.
  • Book external training courses in response to requests from staff.
  • Collate feedback and evaluate training programmes.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role, within a professional services environment.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver internal training.
  • Strong and engaging training delivery/presentation skills.
  • Experience of producing training videos.
  • Experience of delivering induction programmes.
  • Skilled in delivering training on IT systems and software packages.
  • Excellent general IT skills.
