We are seeking an experienced HLTA to assist in the delivery of the Primary curriculum, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students receive the best possible education.

This role will involve delivering intervention groups, supporting classes, and covering short-term class absences. The ideal candidate will have experience working in Primary classrooms and running interventions with a proven track record of success.

The successful candidate will provide support for students, teachers, and the Academy to raise standards of achievement for all students by utilising advanced levels of knowledge and skills when assisting with monitoring, assessing, marking, and managing classes.

You will support staff, students, and Academy policies and strategies, as well as provide support for student welfare and inclusion in all aspects of Academy life.

This is a part-time term-time position working 23 hours per week, offering a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
