The Senior Tools Programmer at Cloud Imperium Games Limited plays a crucial role in the development and maintenance of our tools and systems. This position requires a high degree of technical expertise, collaboration skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and support a wide range of tools and systems, from automated testing to data management and team coordination.
  • Work closely with designers, artists, engineers, QA, and production teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of tools and systems.
  • Plan and oversee work for the team, providing realistic estimates and supporting junior team members in their growth and development.
  • Collaborate with the Lead and Producer to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven commercial experience in C#, WPF, or Blazor, and SQL.
  • A passion for delivering great tools with great usability.
  • Experience working in a co-operative team environment, dealing with large and/or legacy code bases.
  • Ability to work in an agile, cross-functional environment.
