About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Coordinator to join our Out of Hours team in Devon. As a Coordinator, you will be a single point of contact and liaison for all members of the multidisciplinary team, as well as other internal and external services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide coordination and support to ensure the smooth running of shifts and respond swiftly and efficiently if there is any breakdown in the service.
  • Make comfort/safety calls to patients when required.
  • Work in a permanent capacity and work an average 8/9 hours per week, on a 3 week rolling rota.
