Job DescriptionThe Infrastructure Private Equity team is a market leader with a strong track record across European Infrastructure investments. As an Associate, you will support all stages of the investment process and join a busy and deal-focused environment.
This role requires candidates with M&A experience from leading investment banks or boutiques, as well as those with investment experience focused on Infrastructure private equity.
You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the firm's success.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the investment process, including due diligence and deal execution
- Assist in the analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
- Strong M&A experience, preferably from a leading investment bank or boutique
- Experience in Infrastructure private equity investments
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- A competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
