The TalkTalk Procurement team is a dynamic and fast-paced central function responsible for managing third-party spend across the business. As a Procurement Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with external policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of procurement operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with external policies and regulations, including GDPR and ISO9001
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the user experience and adherence to best practice
  • Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence and solve problems
  • Contribute to the development of procurement strategies and policies
