Are you passionate about delivering top-notch support? We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Support Expert to join our Technology client in Cardiff on a permanent basis.

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for repairing PC-based EPOS equipment to ensure that there is sufficient stock available for field engineers to replace customer equipment. You will work as part of an experienced team to achieve this goal.

Key responsibilities include carrying out repairs to component level, maintaining accurate records of customer equipment returned for warranty and fourth-party repair, documenting test and fix procedures, and identifying fault trends.

We are looking for a talented individual with experience of troubleshooting IT equipment, PCs or other related equipment, as well as experience of repairing PC and peripheral hardware. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to work effectively with our team and clients.

Our comprehensive benefits package includes a competitive salary starting at 22,300, rising quickly with service and experience.
