About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Trainer and Quality Expert to join our team at DP World. In this site-based role, you will be responsible for executing trainings in Quality and EHS processes within the Warehouse, including operational training requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively deliver company standards regarding operation of MHE
  • Participate in employee training related to QHSE based on company standards
  • Deliver training during the onboarding process for new employees regarding QEHS standards
  • Provide cover and support to the Supervising Manager in respect of all QEHS trainings or retrainings during Launch phase
  • Liaise with all departments of the company and ensure smooth cooperation
  • Cooperate in the training and development of senior staff and management
  • Provide advice and service to management on training and education
  • Support and collaborate with the HR department
  • Process training documentation
  • Collaborate in the training of employees as well as in the preparation of new employees for their work to ensure QEHS standards are achieved
  • Support all Business as usual activities as required outside Launch activities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Training position or senior Operational role delivering training within warehouse/distribution centre environments
  • Proven knowledge of EHS and Quality standards
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001
  • Train the Trainer qualification (highly desirable although not essential)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic quality standards, HSE standards, 5S etc.
  • Experience in the logistics or automotive industry
