Warehouse Operative Role
**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join our team at Boots in Burton upon Trent. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer online orders are processed efficiently and effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Perform various warehouse tasks in a fast-paced environment, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock
* Operate warehouse equipment and machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
* Maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity in a dynamic and changing environment
**Shift Patterns**
We offer a range of shift patterns to suit your needs, including:
* 4 on and 4 off -Days 10:00-22:00 Nights 22:00 – 10:00
* Rotating 8-hour shift pattern 06:00 – 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00
* Fixed nights 8-hour pattern 22:00 – 06:00
**Pay Rates**
* Days £11.44 going up to £12.00 after 12 weeks
* Nights £11.93 going up to £13.80 after 12 weeks (paid from 22:00 – 06:00)
