Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Machinist to join our team at Copello Global. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating various types of machines, including Grinding, Milling, and Lapping equipment. Your primary focus will be on machining components from Inconel, Stainless Steel, Carbon, and composite materials.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tool room operations, assembly, and fitting experience. You should also possess excellent communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively within a small team environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for precision engineering, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role
  • Operate Grinding, Milling, and Lapping machines to produce high-quality components.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure machine reliability and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth production workflows.
