The position involves developing new business through direct sales and upselling to existing customers, with a focus on meeting quarterly targets based on annualized revenue from contracts signed.

The key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
Presenting B&M services to potential prospects and showcasing their unique features and benefits
Upselling waste and recycling solutions to existing customers
Managing client site risk assessments and site audits
Collaborating with the sales support team to maintain accurate prospect information and update CRM daily
Participating in regional networking events to showcase B&M services
Completing weekly KPI sheets and attending fortnightly/monthly sales meetings

About the Salary
