Head of Sales

Join our team as a key player in driving the growth of apprenticeships and skills at Uxbridge College. As a strategic and innovative leader, you will develop and implement a sales strategy to increase revenue and expand our reach across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth
  • Lead a team of Business Development Consultants to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Head of Sales or similar role
  • Deep understanding of apprenticeships and skills funding
  • Experience working with SMEs and large employers
  • Ability to develop and implement a business development strategy
  • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of exceeding KPIs and revenue targets
