Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Footprint Recruitment. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth delivery of refurbishment projects, creating project programs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the delivery of refurbishment projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and maintain project programs, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- Ensure health and safety on site, working closely with Site Managers to maintain a safe working environment.
- Regularly update clients on project progress, providing timely and accurate information.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, including project scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
- Ability to travel to sites around the Midlands, with a full UK driving license.
