Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our automotive automation projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality solutions to our international blue-chip customers.
About the Role:
- Oversee the successful execution of advanced automation projects, from design concept to installation and commissioning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer relationships, and drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
- Lead and motivate teams to deliver projects within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
- Develop and maintain strong commercial awareness and customer-facing skills to meet customer requirements and internal cost and timing parameters.
Requirements:
- Proven background in leading automotive-based projects, with knowledge of automation or robotics-based production and assembly lines.
- Strong technical and people skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Commercial awareness and customer-facing skills to deliver on customer requirements.
- Experience with Prince2 and other project management methodologies.
