About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Events Assistant to join our team at St David's Cardiff. As a Sales and Events Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, developing and elevating the customer experience, and supporting our brand community during store changes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
  • Develop and elevate the customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Support our brand community during store changes and events.
  • Collate commercial information to generate sales reports and monitor the sales floor to maximise profitability.
  • Visual merchandising the space to ensure a commercial yet creative visual proposition.

Requirements:

  • A strong sales background and knowledge of best practice in retail standards and customer service.
  • Ability to work under own initiative as well as in a team and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and an enthusiastic selling personality.
  • Fluency in English and experience in clienteling, community-building activities, and events.
