About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Band 6/7 Community Rehabilitation Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a combined Band 6-7 role, providing physiotherapy services to patients in community settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose patients, developing treatment plans to improve their physical function and mobility.
  • Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based physiotherapy programs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services in community settings.

Requirements
