Our People Development Team

We are seeking a highly skilled People Development Specialist to join our team and contribute to the growth and development of our colleagues. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, coaching, and mentoring to enhance the skills and performance of our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to meet the needs of our employees and the business
  • Coach and mentor employees to improve their skills and performance
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with business objectives
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs

Requirements

  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
