People Development Specialist Role
Speedy Hire, the UK's leading hire provider, is seeking a skilled People Development Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the People Development Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the continuous growth and development of Speedy colleagues.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, workshops, and coaching sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of Speedy employees. You will work closely with the management team to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of Speedy employees
- Develop and implement coaching and mentoring programs to support employee growth and development
- Collaborate with the management team to identify training needs and develop strategies to address them
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in training and development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
