Job Description

In this challenging and dynamic role, you will work alongside Operations personnel to provide engineering judgement and guidance to help solve a broad range of design, test and manufacturability issues. As the Lead Engineer, you will have full responsibility for all aspects of engineering support to production of the receiver LRI, managing and growing your team as required.

As a team, you will ensure the smooth progress of the highly complex processors and receivers through the manufacturing process in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and delegate tasks effectively.

Requirements:
  • A degree or higher qualification in Electronics or a related engineering discipline.
  • Experience in a similar role supporting production of complex electro-mechanical systems.
  • Ideally, you will have around three years of RF experience and be able to own a level of design authority for the product.
