In this full-time, Site-based position, you will be working within the office Monday to Friday. The role involves processing orders and enquiries, ensuring products, prices, and delivery requirements have been considered in accordance with both customer and company requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to work in a manufacturing environment, with experience of sales order processing or data entry. You will be required to communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels, as well as work autonomously using your own initiative. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and a pension scheme. Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels
  • Work autonomously using own initiative, managing own workload


Requirements:
  • Proven sales order processing or data entry experience
  • Experience within a Customer service / Manufacturing / Engineering environment (desirable)
  • Knowledge of EFACS system or similar ERP system (desirable)
