As a Sales Order Coordinator at React Recruitment Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing client's business. Your primary responsibility will be to process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry, while communicating effectively with customers and staff at all levels. You will work closely with the rest of the team to manage the workflow and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a manufacturing environment, with experience of sales order processing or data entry. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and a pension scheme. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process sales orders and ensure accurate data entry
  • Communicate effectively with customers and staff at all levels
  • Work autonomously using own initiative, managing own workload


Requirements:
  • Proven sales order processing or data entry experience
  • Experience within a Customer service / Manufacturing / Engineering environment (desirable)
  • Knowledge of EFACS system or similar ERP system (desirable)
