Job Summary:

Robinson Talent Partners is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our team. As an Employment Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse and high-quality caseload, advising clients on a broad spectrum of employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse and high-quality caseload of employment law matters
  • Advise clients on a broad spectrum of employment law matters, including workplace disputes, employment contracts, redundancy processes, and compliance
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and grow the employment law practice
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the employment law practice, including building client relationships and developing the firm's employment law offering
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality service to clients
