Job Title: Senior System Engineer

Are you a skilled Senior System Engineer looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior System Engineer.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of complex systems. The successful candidate will have a strong background in system design, development, and integration, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex systems, ensuring they meet operational performance standards.
  2. Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as test plans, requirements, and procedures, to support project development and deliverables.
  3. Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams working on firmware, software, and hardware to ensure system designs meet operational performance standards.
  4. Assess and approve technical records, and participate in customer project design reviews.
  5. Provide direction, leadership, and mentorship to multidisciplinary engineering teams.
  6. Stay up-to-date with technical, scientific, and engineering developments to enhance the company offering.
  7. Contribute to the development of the business by identifying opportunities and creating technical solutions and recommendations.
Requirements:
  1. Proven track record of completing complex system design, implementation, testing, and integration in the highly regulated military industry or a related field.
  2. Complete system lifecycle experience, including design, development, testing, integration, and acceptance.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of military-grade COTS communication and sensor systems.
  4. Ability to manage, motivate, and develop engineering employees to ensure they fulfill their roles and meet targets within agreed timelines and standards of quality.
