Key Responsibilities
  • Provide actuarial expertise to clients in the post-transaction element of the pension risk transfer process
  • Support clients in navigating the move from completing a buy-in transaction to buy-out and ultimate wind-up
  • Advise on buy-ins, buy-outs, wind-ups, longevity swaps, and consolidation/capital solutions
  • Work closely with the team to deliver high-quality services to clients
Requirements
  • 3+ years of post-qualified (FIA/FFA) experience
  • Demonstrable experience in a pensions consulting environment or with a bulk annuity provider
  • Experience of insurer post-transaction processes and wider aspects of pension scheme wind-ups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
