Senior Care Lead

As a Senior Care Assistant at Barchester Healthcare Ltd, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. Your role will involve supporting the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews. You will also be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for our residents.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You will also need to have specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualised care and support.
