Head Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of chefs to deliver high-quality, nutritious, and flavoursome meals to our residents.

• Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve exceptional standards in food quality, presentation, and service.
• Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents, ensuring a person-centred approach to hospitality.
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and a warm, welcoming environment for our residents.
• Manage kitchen operations, including inventory management, stock control, and budgeting.
• Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to provide training and development opportunities for chefs and hospitality team members.
