Role Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Children's Home Manager to lead our new OFSTED registered Children's Home in Staffordshire. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing children's homes, a deep understanding of EBD and related care practices, and relevant qualifications in social care or management.
">Key Responsibilities
">The Children's Home Manager will be responsible for:
">- Managing the home's daily operations, including staff supervision and resource allocation
- Ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations, including risk assessments and quality control measures
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for service users, taking into account their unique needs and goals
