We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Front of House Team Member to join our team at Loungers. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Work collaboratively with the management team and other staff members to achieve excellent service standards.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our menu and drinks offerings, making recommendations to guests and upselling where appropriate.
  • Manage cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
