Teacher Training Assistant

This Teacher Training Assistant position offers a chance to join a dynamic team of professionals at an Ofsted-rated 'Outstanding' school. As a key member of the staff, you will assist in the delivery of teacher training programs designed specifically for students with autism.
Key Responsibilities:
Support experienced teachers in the design and delivery of teacher training sessions
Conduct one-on-one mentoring sessions with trainee teachers
Help develop and maintain resources for training materials and activities
Stay up-to-date with best practices in education and autism support
Requirements:
Relevant degree or equivalent experience in education or a related field
Experience working with students with special educational needs
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to provide constructive feedback and guidance
