**Job Title:** Advanced Nurse Practitioner

We are currently seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Farnborough area on a locum basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and manage patients with complex health needs
  • Prescribe medication and treatments as necessary
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience working within a GP surgery
  • Ability to diagnose, refer, and prescribe medications (V300)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
