Senior Support Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team at Bath and North East Somerset Council. As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading shifts, ensuring staff provide meaningful engagement and activity throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities- Lead shifts and ensure staff are providing high-quality care and support to residents.
- Ensure the care floor is staffed appropriately and provide guidance and support to staff at supervision.
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and follow policy and procedure in a proactive manner.
- Support and guide staff in emergency situations and undertake audits to provide positive feedback.
