Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of complex family support cases, providing expert guidance and support to families and individuals.
- Develop and implement effective support plans, working closely with families and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
- Conduct thorough assessments and risk assessments, identifying areas of need and developing strategies to address these.
- Provide regular, focused reflective supervision and support to colleagues, promoting best practice and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other professionals and agencies to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to family support.
- Qualified Social Worker with a degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Proven experience in family support and social work, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- A competitive salary of up to £54,537.
- A manageable caseload, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.
