About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer and Trading Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the overnight team and ensuring the smooth operation of our store during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overnight team and ensure the effective management of night shift operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales growth
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, inventory, and customer transactions
  • Collaborate with other managers to plan and execute store operations, including shift patterns and activities
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and customer service standards
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, plus a night shift premium of up to £4,500 annually, depending on experience and store size. You will also receive a range of benefits, including a discount card, free food and hot drinks, generous holiday entitlement, and access to our wellbeing support program.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
