Main Duties and Responsibilities


  2. This position is a substantive consultant post in the Paediatric Nephrology department at Great Ormond Street Hospital.
  3. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services for children with renal disorders.
  4. Key responsibilities include managing the care of children in several specialist nephrology clinics and supporting the General Nephrology outpatient service.
  5. Additionally, the appointee will participate in relevant meetings at GOSH and contribute to the clinical supervision and training of junior medical staff.


Key Qualifications and Experience


  2. GMC specialist registration with a Licence to Practice.
  3. MRCP, MRCPCH or equivalent.
  4. CCT/CCST in paediatric Nephrology or equivalent training and experience.
  5. Valid Level 3 Safeguarding Training and Basic Life Support Training.
