Clinical Lead - Learning Disability Services

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead to join our Learning Disability Services team in Great Yarmouth. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality nursing care to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

About the Role

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team and ensuring that best practice is followed. You will provide mentorship, support, and training to staff to promote excellent nursing care. You will also be responsible for managing and overseeing compliance, safeguarding, audits, and CQC regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the nursing team with a strong clinical skillset, ensuring best practice is followed.
  2. Provide mentorship, support, and training to staff to promote excellent nursing care.
  3. Manage and oversee compliance, safeguarding, audits, and CQC regulations.
  4. Passionate about promoting best nursing practices and mentoring others.
  5. Knowledge of safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance processes.
  6. NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
