Clinical Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at TRCGroup. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and governance in our nursing home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and reduce risk.
  • Collaborate with the management team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Provide training and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
