Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Regional Catering Manager to join our team in the North East region. You will be responsible for leading the catering service, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Culinary Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality catering services, manage menus, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
  2. Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team of catering professionals, identify skill gaps, and create development plans.
  3. Financial Management: Manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make informed decisions to optimize resources.
  4. Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, service quality, and overall catering experience.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A level 3 Food Safety certification
  • NVQ level 3 in Professional Cookery/Food Production and Cooking
  • At least 2 years' experience in managing catering services and leading teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect an annual salary range of £33,366-£35,235 (Grade 6 SCP 23-25), plus benefits including free flu vaccinations and on-site parking.
