\tOrganize and manage the day-to-day booking of Radiology patient appointments, effectively utilizing the clinic sessions available.
\tProvide efficient and effective back office telephone and e-mail administration services in a prompt and professional manner.
\tMonitor the NHS e-mail for urgent referrals.
\tWelcome all patients, visitors, consultants, and staff to the Radiology department and provide direction to other hospital departments when required and confirming all patient details.
