**About the Role:**

We are seeking a dedicated Development Management Assistant to join our team at Approach Personnel Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management, be able to work well under pressure, and provide clear direction to site teams.

  • You will have a CSCS card, SMSTS certificate, and Construction Management HNC Level 4 or HND qualification.

Job Description:

As a Development Management Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day development management, implementing health and safety procedures, motivating and managing site staff, and ensuring compliance with building regulations and warranty providers' requirements.

You will also be expected to maintain accurate site records, inspect and ensure remedial work is completed before NHBC key stage inspections, and stay up-to-date with health and safety and building legislation.
