Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team at Sureserve Group. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of social housing contracts, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial performance of allocated projects, ensuring that costs are controlled and margins are maximized.
  • Collaborate with contracts managers and site managers to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize project outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in quantity surveying, with a focus on financial management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a positive attitude and a focus on customer satisfaction.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
