The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Clinical Teaching Fellow to join their esteemed team in the department of Ear, Nose & Throat. We offer a competitive salary of £38,694 - £83,685 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working hours and access to on-site amenities, you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.
In this role, you will be responsible for participating in daily SHO urgent referral clinics, attending theatre and consultant clinics, and contributing to ward rounds and emergency ENT SHO clinics. Your duties will include communicating effectively with clinical colleagues and support staff, as well as presenting effectively to an audience and responding to questions and queries.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and take on additional responsibilities, including mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to the development of new projects and initiatives.
