Join Neuratek Search, a leading provider of energy storage solutions, as we seek a highly motivated Sales Manager to drive the growth of our Solar BESS business.

About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in selling PV equipment to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business targets and objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and business development progress.
Requirements
  • 3 to 4 years of B2B experience in selling PV equipment.
  • Driving Licence.
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK frequently for client meetings and company events.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
