Sales Manager Solar BESS

At Neuratek Search, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our solar energy business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the renewable energy sector, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand our client base and increase revenue in the solar energy sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs and requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and products.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 4 years of B2B experience in selling PV equipment.
  • Driving Licence
  • Flexibility to travel across the UK frequently for client meetings and company events.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
