About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team at CareTech UK. As a Support Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing person-centred care to adults with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals with mental health difficulties
* Develop and implement person-centred care plans to meet individual needs
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive and supportive environment
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
