We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Professional to join our team and provide exceptional care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities
- To deliver outstanding care and support to individuals in a domestic setting, promoting their independence and well-being.
- To assess the care needs of service users and develop personalized care plans to address their physical, psychological, and social needs.
- To administer medications and provide personal and practical care, including health-related tasks.
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements
- A valid driving license and access to a vehicle, due to the nature of the role.
- An enhanced CRB check.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of £8.00-£8.50.
